INTERMEDIATE TO SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
COMPANY NAME: GLENN GROUP LTD.
JOB LOCATION: FREDERICTON, NB – OPEN TO OFFSITE
POSITION
We’re offering a partner-track position to a Landscape Architect ready to shape our studio’s next chapter—guiding a talented team of 10 and taking the lead on high-profile, multi-disciplinary projects.
Our team members take a hands-on approach across all aspects of landscape architecture—growing as designers, project managers, and future business leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to shape projects, gaining real-world experience that broadens your skillset and accelerates your career.
The ideal candidate has a knack for business and an interest in the bigger picture from proposal writing and client development to helping manage and grow a design firm. We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable shaping landscapes as they are shaping strategy.
We punch well above our weight. Glenn Group is recognized across Atlantic Canada for delivering thoughtful, innovative, and award-winning landscape architecture. Our size allows us to stay nimble and hands-on, while still leading major projects that shape communities. As a member of our team, you’ll be deeply involved in numerous one-of-a-kind projects. These aren’t cookie-cutter assignments—you’ll engage in distinctive, design-forward initiatives that challenge conventions and let you flex your creativity in meaningful, lasting ways. If you’re looking for a place where your ideas matter and your work makes a difference, this is it.
